Frequently Asked Questions

While we do accept walk-ins for emergencies, we strongly recommend booking an appointment. This helps us keep waiting times short and ensures your child doesn’t have to sit in a crowded waiting room for too long.

Please bring your child’s Birth Certificate (for newborns) and their Vaccination Card. It is also very helpful to bring any previous medical files or reports if your child has been treated elsewhere before.
